About PocketPhysio

PocketPhysio is a home exercise program (HEP) app for physiotherapists and physical therapists: 1,500+ filmed exercise videos with a voice guide for each, patient assessment, and programs sent to patients by link, SMS, email, the patient app or WhatsApp.

Who operates this site

PocketPhysio and this website are operated by 3328833 Nova Scotia Limited, operating as Lauruss Infotech, a company in Nova Scotia, Canada. The product is powered by VirtueLife, our platform for physiotherapy clinics, and PocketPhysio is the part of it that focuses on home exercise. The company was founded by Yogesh Gundariya, and the product team that built the app and filmed the library works in Ahmedabad, India.

Why we filmed our own library

We started with a simple problem. Physios were sending patients home with photocopied sheets and hoping for the best. So we filmed our own library, over 1,500 exercises with a spoken guide for each, and built an app that gets those videos to patients in seconds.

705 free exercise videos on this site. The full library of 1,500+ in the PocketPhysio app. Browse the free exercises.

How we write and check our pages

Our pages are drafted with AI tools from the exercise videos and voice guides that physiotherapists recorded for the app, then checked twice against published clinical guidelines before they go live. The line under each page title says which stage that page has reached. Every page is published by the PocketPhysio editorial team, and we never put an individual's name on a page as its author or reviewer.

The health information here is education for patients and physiotherapists. It is not a diagnosis and not a personal treatment plan. Read our editorial policy for how pages are written, checked, sourced and updated, and our medical disclaimer for what the information can and cannot be used for.
